Guest guest
Hi Liz; I'm very sorry to hear about your sister's headaches, fatigue and stuffy sinuses. Has your sister been checked for sinusitis? Sinusitis is an " inflammation or swelling of the tissue lining the sinuses " , and can sometimes be caused by nasal polyps. Sinusitis can often lead to headaches and fatigue: http://www.gwhospital.com/p10859.html although fatigue can also be caused by liver disease. Best regards, Dave (father of (21); PSC 07/03; UC 08/03)

We've all but ruled out migraines, but I am on Topamax (given for migraines). It works. I didn't associate the headaches with PSC. But, now that someone else with PSC has mentioned it, well, who knows. Fatigue has ruled lately and has always been a problelm in my case. I've been fortunate not to have any other severe symptons since my diagnosis. If you learn any more about the headaches, please post. sharon (PSC 2000)

Guest guest
>I don't know how much this applies, but I have suffered from migraines for many years, as well as allergies, sore throats, etc. About 8 months ago I got a mouth guard from my Dentist (called an NTI) I wear it while sleeping. It is supposed to keep you from clenching your teeth. My Dentist told me that it has helped about 75% of migraine sufferers who use it. I used to wake up 5 or 6 mornings a week with some sort of a headache. Now it's about 1 morning every two weeks. I have also elevated the head of my bed a couple inches which has helped drainage (sore throat). If I feel a headache coming on in the middle of the day, I pop in the guard and take 2 advil, and it usually heads it off. Guest guest
Liz, Itchy eyes can be a PSC symptom, the same is true for fatigue. It doesn't necessarily mean that it is caused by PSC this time, but it is possible. I also recall that some people here have complained about headaches, but it is not a "classical" PSC symptom as far as I know.
