- My son will now sleep on a flat mattress with his STARband but at first we had to put a pillow under his head. I know this is not recommended but for our sanity, we tried it and it worked like a charm. Now he sleeps fine on his own. I think it just took some adjusting. He got his STARband 02/17/06, so he is a newbie. Good luck! Well after 30 minutes of screaming, we took it off and of course she slept soundly all night. What do I do tonight? She just looks so uncomfortable with that helmet making her neck raise up. Any tips on ways to

get her to sleep? I don't think we can take her screaming again. 7 mos.For more plagio info
