Guest guest Posted January 2, 2006 Report Posted January 2, 2006 I feel better by just remembering the alternative. In my case, there are immediate and adverse reactions to eating gluten. Bloating, cramping, pain, and usually bleeding. My diabetic mother " cheats " all the time, and I can't understand it. I think because of all those reactions, I don't even think about eating gluten. When I feel bad about not eating pizza, or a doughnut, I think about what would happen if I did, and it doesn't bother me that much. Sounds conceited, I know, and I don't mean it to be, but I really am okay most of the time. paul > > just wondering how many of you went through numerous meltdowns in the > process of coming to grips with this??!! please tell me i'm not the > only one!! > christine > Quote
