Guest guest
Hey Dana, Sorry to hear you are having a rough day. I really think the clomid might have something to do with it. I've heard from some of my friends that the longer you take it, the more it can lead to feelings of depression. I have a friend that would just start crying for no reason. But, I'm sure your coworker's shower couldn't have helped the situation. My coworker announced her pregnancy right after I had 3 miscarriages and a month before my ep. It was really hard for me. She just gave birth on Sunday. I felt like I should have thrown her a shower at work before she went on leave because I'm her closest friend there. But the truth is I didn't have the mental energy to do it. I think she probably understands because I've told her about all my ttc woes. If anything, the birth of her child has made me realize how much time has passed me by. I'm imagining you are feeling the same way. Keep your chin up. Tomorrow is a new day and the beginning of a new chance for success! Good luck on your U/S. Hope there are lots of good follicles on the left. Guest guest
Dana Let me first start off by wishing you my deepest sympathies for you and and your little one. I know there is nothing I can say to take the emptiness away today but you are right you are continuing to move forward and you will be given that special gift again. Remember you do have your little angel looking over you and she wants you to smile, even though it seems so hard to sometimes. As for your co-worker, she has no understanding of what you have been through, unfortunately she is too selfish to see your pain, she isn't worth your time. You take all that energy and you take care of yourself. I will be thinking of you tomorrow and lots of luck on your u/s. ++++++++++++++++++++thoughts and I hope you wake up and have a great day tomorrow. Again, I am sorry for your day. --- gradstu12@... wrote: > Hey yall, > > I am sitting here with tears streaming down my face > as I have just realized > that today was my due date for my little angel. Guest guest
Dana, I dread that day already. I'm sorry that it has been such a tough day and that the woman at work only made it worse. That's really such a shame. I know you will be feeling better and have that positive gusto back soon, but sometimes we do get the rug pulled out from under us. Hang in there. Guest guest
Dana, LOVE LOVE to you...I am so sorry you have had such a tough day. I am glad, though, that you allowed yourself to feel that pain instead of holding it all in. At least you'll get a break from the evil co-worker for the next 6 weeks or so...what a wench. Good luck with your u/s...just remember that your turn is coming. When you finally deliver your baby, you can go show him off to the evil one and giggle since your baby will be sooo much cuter...time has a way of evening the score... In the meantime know you have all of us rooting for you and keeping you close in thoughts and prayers...LOVE KJ

Guest guest
Dana, I'm sorry you are having a rough time right now {{{{{HUGS}}}}} It must be so hard to hit these major milestones, especially when you think you are dealing with everything okay and healing well, then this comes along and makes you realize you are still very vulnerable. I wish I could take the pain anyway, but I know I can't. All I can say is just keep focusing on the future and know that one day soon you will be holding a precious little one in your arms. -AmyR

Guest guest
Keri, Yes, I wish that I had prepared myself more for it and had planned something special. but...I didn't and I got through it. OK, now how did I get pg if I'm gay? My partner and I decided to TTC last February (we'd been together 3 years at that point) so I talked to my gyn and he said he didn't do it, but would hook us up with an RE that would and that was gay friendly. So it turned out to be my gyn's best friend and we got an appointment for the next week. And we did the first insemination 2 weeks later (using unknown donor). The first one didn't " take " so we did it again in July, and that's the one that ended up being my ep. Dana

Guest guest
Dana, I am so sorry that this day caught you by suprise, and I am so sorry about your rude co-woker. I am not looking forward to the anniv.of our baby's death either. Heath's sister is preg. exactly the same months as I would have been, and I don't know how I am going to be when she has her baby, probally a wreck. She came by yesterday and I have never in my life tried so hard not to look at someone. It was so hard being around her. I was wondering also how you had an ep if you are gay? I am newer to the group and I don't remember your story. Also, good luck with your u/s.----Keri > > Hey yall, > > I am sitting here with tears streaming down my face as I have just realized > that today was my due date for my little angel.
