Elle,

Hey - I know how scary that must be to see the spotting, but I'm so sure it's

from the progesterone. It seems like everyone I know that takes it has some

sort of spotting.

Just try and take it easy and I'm sure it'll go away. Just think, a few more

weeks and you can give up the progesterone all together. I'll be thinking of

you...

I wouldn't worry about it. I have had on and off brown spotting for

weeks now. I had spotting for a whole week. My dr said its nothing to

worry about that 50% of pg women have some type of bleeding.

Elle -

I understand how scary it can be, but if it's not accompanied by

cramps, it's probably nothing to worry about. Also, I read that women

continue to stop around the time AF is dues for 2-3 cycles. At 10

weeks, it would put you right where you should have gotten AF. Plus,

there are progesterone shots, so there are many perfectly innocuous

reasons for spotting. I hope this reassures you, but I know the best

reassurance will be a healthy baby in your arms. Too bad human

gestation period is so long. I am ready for that baby now!

Oh Pam...Thank you! That eases my mind some. I know in my head that

it is common, but in my heart, it scares me to death! Especially when

I haven't had any for weeks and then all of a sudden it appears, it

makes me wonder what's wrong.

When is your next appt? How are you feeling?

Thanks again!

a,

Thank you! I had never heard that spotting can occur around the time

af is due for 2-3 cycles, but looking at my calandar, both times I

have had spotting is exactly when af would have come. That really

helps calm my nerves! Thank you! I hope that and the Progesterone is

ALL it is!

How are you feeling???

Elle, I'm so sorry you're scared...but if you want my honest opinion, brown

spotting is so typical during pregnancy that it's too bad our past

experiences worry us more than they should. That little baby is so snug and

safe, the chances are that he or she couldn't be lost even if you wanted it

to be!

Hang on, Elle,

It is so hard to stay calm but this pg is in Gods hands and He will see you

through. In the meantime I am keeping you close in thought and prayer.

Take it easy and get some rest...I'll pray for peace of mind for you tonight

and a safe journey to your arms for your baby. Love KJ

I hope it is only the Progesterone! I only have another 2 1/2 weeks

to go and my Dr. will take me off of it at 12 weeks. UGH! This whole

process is just so hard! I really appreciate you keeping me in your

thoughts!
