That is a great idea!! That is what my PT would call an active

stretch, the best kind of stretch. If you could also add putting

your hand on the face to pull a little further that would be passive

and get a bit more stretch. It moves them just past comfortable and

easy into improvement if that makes sense.

Next time I edit the tort file I'm adding that tip.
