Guest guest
I attended my yoga in a chair classs today - only an hour - but it does keep the old joints moving. A senior center at -May has 3 sessions a year (8 weeks each) and I go to them. As far as water is concerned, I think my 16 oz glass is permanently fused to my hand when I am home. I have minimally 64 oz a day. One must-have is my morning coffee but after that it is water - tea at night - but since I use herbal teas with zero cals - it is like drinking hot flavored water.
