(milligram), which more of us are familiar with :-)

In addition, I don't know what OTHER ingredients are in

specifically (couldn't find it on the web), but some peanut butters

have soy in them or other stuff we can't have on LID.

Many grocery stores have salt free peanut butter, or, better yet, in

the natural foods sections, a machine with salt free peanuts where you

can grind your own in any amound you want - YUMMMMMMMMMM
