Passing of a Paramedic

It is with great sorrow that we let you know the Forrest Ray

died last night. Forrest was employed at Hopkins County EMS at the

time of his death.

He leaves behind his wife and two boys.

Forrest was a Shift Commander. He had been employed with HCEMS since

1995 prior to that he was a Paramedic / Dispatcher for Lubbock EMS-

Lubbock Texas and Titus County EMS- Mt. Pleasant, Texas

Arrangements are pending with West Oaks Funeral Home in Sulphur

Springs.

We will post the funeral arrangements later this afternoon.
