Guest guest
I get that every now and again also. It usually happens when I've not kept up with fluids. It's generally thought to be " sludge " blockage. Due to the narrowing of the bile ducts, any thickening of bile can cause a (hopefully) temporary blockage. Urso does help thin the bile, minimizing this symptom - as (sometimes) does water. My husband does not seem to have any major symptoms, at least as of yet (thank g*d), but he does every once in a while have a sharp but very fleeting pain in the area that could well be his liver...
