Guest guest
, You are the captain of your own ship *wink* Also, it's been proven that if you are not eating enough, your body doesn't have enough fuel to burn the calories/fat - - My advice is to eat within your points range, exercise moderately, and to let nature take its course. If you hit a plateau, do the Wendi Plan - - basically, it's using high amounts of your points first day of your week, then eating a few less points each day until mid week - - then, slowly adding a few points each of rest of the days *Of course, all staying within your range of points.* Here is the Wendi Plan - - Wendie Plan A lady named Wendie who was having great difficulty losing when she hit a plateau developed this plan. She found that if she 'shook up' her daily routine (a rut) her body would be tricked into believing that it was not on a 'diet'. After a while your body adjusts to a set pattern and tends to sit there. So, this is what she came up with: If you consume: Points 18-23 20-25 22-27 24-29 26-31 Day 1 18 20 22 24 26 Day 2 23 25 27 29 31 Day 3 19 21 23 25 27 Day 4 30-33 32-35 34-37 36-39 38-41 Day 5 18 20 22 24 26 Day 6 22 24 26 28 30 Day 7 20 22 24 26 28 Points 28-33 29-34 30-35 31-36 32-37 Day 1 28 29 30 31 32 Day 2 33 34 35 36 37 Day 3 29 30 31 32 33 Day 4 40-43 41-44 42-45 43-46 44-47 Day 5 28 29 30 31 32 Day 6 32 33 34 35 36 Day 7 30 31 32 33 34 Hope this helps!
