Guest guest
Thanks! Marble Falls is indeed north of San on 281. To follow up on a few of the posted questions: Marble Falls is in the southern portion Burnet County with neighboring counties such as , on, Blanco, Llano. The community has a large retirement population and is centered around Lake Marble Falls and Lake LBJ (along the Highland Lakes chain northwest of Lake ). Our annual call volume is approximately 3000. We currently have 22 full-time employees, 7 part-time employees and several active volunteers. The area is experiencing tremendous growth as is the service. Our current scope of care includes progressive diagnostic equipment (Capnography) and treament modalities such as RSI and conscientous pain management. Our transport times are occasionally in excess of an hour, thus we seek medics who have strong assessment skills and have the ability to develop lengthy treament plans. If you are interested in learning more about Marble Falls Area EMS please give me or our Assistant Director, Loren Stagner a call anytime. We welcome your interest. I've lived here since 1964. I don't recognize the name though. I've known Hal and Kelli forever. Hal graduated from high school about 4 years before me. Anyway, I still don't know where Marble Falls is... When were you here last? Pat
