I cut it up in little tiny pieces so it seems like a lot, but I don't really

like meat that much anyhow. I also had a plate full of veggies and a salad to

eat, so I didn't miss the meat.

I know that I feel very full after having one and it is nice and cool!

Maureen-there is an article in my new Woman's Day mag I just got in

the mail today about different foods that are good for weight loss.

There is a section about shakes and smoothies and how good they are

for you nutritionally and because they have a lot of air in them from

the blending they give you a real full feeling and satisfy you! I

think we have hit a weight loss gold mine with those smoothies! And

low in points too:)
