Maureen-your journal is fine I'm sure. We all have days where we are

under or over-I havent had an " under " day-I mean under my minimum,

for some time, but it has happened to me too.

MMMMmmmmmm.....I don't know about the ones you get at the stores, but the little

Starbucks bottles that you get at the grocery stores has 25% Calcium. One more

reason to drink one!! LOL!! Like I need an excuse?!? Now if they could just

make them for less points!

The turkey was ok, but a little dry. I think I might have overcooked

it. I marinated it in a little lemon juice, pepper, and garlic, so

the flavor was good. We will try it again and cook it a little

less. I think the problem was I figured it should take longer than

chicken and it really took less. Oh well, I know for next time!

Now I want to run out to the kitchen and make a raspberry smoothie. I'm looking

forward to trying my frozen smoothie and see if it compares to a sherbet.

The java fudge ones are the best, you know what else is good I get at BJ's is

the philly swirl bars. the fudge ones are awesome and only 1 point.

I tried another smoothie combination today. The first one was like

yesterday with banana, peach, and raspberries; and the second one was

banana, peach, and strawberries. They were both excellent, I am so

addicted now!

Hey Zephyr, look at what I found yesterday at the Super Target the

Starbucks frappucino bars. They are huge and delicious for only 2

points! It is a good thing that store is a 30 minute drive from my

house LOL!! I won't be able to get them too often!
