Guest guest
I have been there lately myself I wonder if it is the heat or the extra fruits and vegies? Yesterday I had to eat 2 oz of cheese just to meet the minumum points for the day, it felt really funny to do that. What do others do in that situation. I was afraid if I did not do the min. I might be starving in the morning and overeat. Guest guest
Hi Caren, I added a slice of 2% cheese and salsa to my potato. I usually don't add anything to my popcorn. I do have some FF Molly McButter Cheese sprinkles (1 tsp= cal 5 fat 0) that I use every once in a while on popcorn, potatoes, or veggies. I am 5'5'' and always had to hem everything because it was too long. The petite stuff is supposed to be for 5'4 " but seems to fit ok. I love not having to alter all of my pants and skirts anymore. Maureen Re: Maureen's journal Maureen- just wondered what you put on your baked potato to make it 5 pts? Also, do you put anything on your air popped popcorn? I have an airpopper but it always tastes really bland unless I add lots of seasonings to it--just wondered how you prepare some of your food, since you have done so well on your weight loss and we are in the same points range- I read an earlier post that you were a petite medium now? Great job! I am only 5'2, so I have trouble with things being too long. I love shopping petites now! I would be a petite large tho, and I am a bit busty, so I sometimes need xtra large tops still:)---journal looks good! caren ><(((*> > > 2002-07-05 Friday 20-25 - 150-174 lbs > > Earned Points: Banked Points: Total Points Available: Points Spent: > Points Saved: > 6.00 35.00 66.00 21.00 45.00 > > Water: 120 ounces > > > Breakfast - What you ate: Points > womens oatmeal 3.00 > Breakfast Total Points: 3.00 > > Lunch - What you ate: Points > salad with black beans 2.00 > Lunch Total Points: > 2.00 > > Dinner - What you ate: Points > steak 3.00 > baked potato 5.00 > veggies 0.00 > bread 4.00 > Dinner Total Points: > 12.00 > > Snack - What you ate: Points > air popped popcorn 1.00 > yoplait whip--raspberry mousse 3.00 > Snack Total Points: 4 ~There are no strangers here... Guest guest
Excuse me....I am the one that is always asking questions! That is fine. I really appreciate the fact that you asked!!! Our malls have all the food stuff in one area and I usually just don't go near there (or pass by quickly). I don't really care for the cinnabuns but the pretzels are another thing. It is really hard when I have the kids (most of the time) because they always want stuff.
