I have been there lately myself I wonder if it is the heat or the extra fruits

and vegies? Yesterday I had to eat 2 oz of cheese just to meet the minumum

points for the day, it felt really funny to do that. What do others do in that

situation. I was afraid if I did not do the min. I might be starving in the

morning and overeat.

Hi Caren,

I added a slice of 2% cheese and salsa to my potato. I usually don't add

anything to my popcorn. I do have some FF Molly McButter Cheese sprinkles (1

tsp= cal 5 fat 0) that I use every once in a while on popcorn, potatoes, or

veggies.

I am 5'5'' and always had to hem everything because it was too long. The petite

stuff is supposed to be for 5'4 " but seems to fit ok. I love not having to

alter all of my pants and skirts anymore.

Maureen- just wondered what you put on your baked potato to make it 5

pts?

Also, do you put anything on your air popped popcorn? I have an

airpopper but it always tastes really bland unless I add lots of

seasonings to it--just wondered how you prepare some of your food,

since you have done so well on your weight loss and we are in the

same points range- I read an earlier post that you were a petite

medium now? Great job! I am only 5'2, so I have trouble with things

being too long. I love shopping petites now! I would be a petite

large tho, and I am a bit busty, so I sometimes need xtra large tops

still:)---journal looks good!

I'm not a big buffet person, but the Old Country Buffet is certainly WW

friendly. I have an easy time staying OP there.

Our malls have all the food stuff in one area and I usually just don't go near

there (or pass by quickly). I don't really care for the cinnabuns but the

pretzels are another thing. It is really hard when I have the kids (most of the

time) because they always want stuff.

Maureen-your journal is fine I'm sure. We all have days where we are

under or over-I havent had an " under " day-I mean under my minimum,

for some time, but it has happened to me too.
