Guest guest
Dear and anyone else who knows about or is experimenting with minerals - Last year I did a food allergy elimination diet. I felt much better after the first week. However, DAY 1 was awful, I thought I might die because my heart was racing so much, I felt faint and I sweated and shook and cried. I was advised to take a dose of Epsom Salts to clear out the gut of any residual matter that might be causing allergic reactions, I think it was this that gave me such violent palpitations, sweating and nausea. Epsom Salts, it says on the box is Magnesium Sulphate - does my reaction to it make sense within the magnesium/potassium (other minerals?) inter-relationships that you have investigated? If I was to do this diet again (it did make me feel much better for several months) could I make myself feel better by taking potassium supplement at the same time as the epsom salt or have I got that all wrong?? cheers for your ears!
