Debbie,

That's awesome! I am so happy that you can just enjoy your beautiful

little sweetie pie. We are getting down there now, one more month to

go in the band. Then a few months of regression fears and we're done.

He was just released from the monitoring stage of PT the other day,

no more stretches, no more exercises...WOOHOO! He is walking a bit

and is doing very well physically. Now we just have the sensory

issues to deal with, but it will be nice to have just one set of

issues not a million. He is getting another evaluation, ther may be

auditory processing issues(that would explain the hearing trouble we

thought he had), and he seems to score high in two very opposite

ends, sensory seeking, and sensory avoidance. He just wants to keep

us guessing, lol. He is saying mama, baba, and dada now. He mimicks

the tone and pattern of things you say all the time, and he even

said " thank you " as clear as day when I was telling Carly to say

thank you, lol. I have learned to take the sensory stuff with a grain

of salt now and realized that if he has to do some things differently

to cope then that's just the way it is. Good luck and keep helping

others,

CAROLG
