Are you on restricted fluid intake at all? If not, are you drinking enough

water? Dehydration can cause cramping like that, even mild dehydration.

Caffeine is a natural diuretic so if you are drinking a lot of caffinated

things and taking a diuretic on top of it you may be dehydrating yourself

even though you are " drinking fluids " . You still need those eight 8oz

glasses of water a day to keep your body from dehydrating....more than that

if it is hot out or you are doing a lot of strenuous activity.

I'm not off the prednisone yet so I'm not sure if going off of it will cause

cramping. I had a lot of cramping when I started the prednisone but

drinking more water took care of it.
