suppements in Andy's book

I am currently on Andy’s protocol. I am doing 25 mg of DMSA every 4 hours.

I am not going to add ALA until I get to a 100 mg of DMSA without any side

effects or improvements. I will begin with 25 mg of ALA and then eventually

will go up to 200 mg as suggested in Andy’s book. So I will be eventually doing

100 mg of DMSA and 200 mg of ALA every 3 hours (excluding the nights). I do not

find Cutler saying that this 100/200 ratio should be done for more than 3 days

(page 90). But he also writes that the longer you chelate like up to a week,

then the less redistribution will occur and more mercury would come out. Will

this also apply to 100/200 ratio?

As for the supplementation, it is quite confusing figuring out what to

take. On one page he says take this, then on the he would say to take that. So

the most reliable page I think is (page 133) where he lists the supplements he

thinks that everyone should take. There are 17 of them. Then on (page 134) he

writes “Unless you know you don’t need them or shouldn’t take them, you should

also try forskolin, DHEA, pregnenolone, cortisol, desiccated thyroid, vitamins

B – 6 B – 12, folic acid, trimethylglycine, histidine, accolade, and taurine.”

That’s another 12 supplements! Together that’s 29 supplements. Is it realistic

to take that many supplements each day? Anybody here on the forum takes that

many supplements? Did I get something wrong? Thanks ahead. .
