Guest guest Posted April 21, 2003 Report Share Posted April 21, 2003 Hello, Well soo much for a " good " workout today! I did get caught up on a lot of posts! Spent way too much time on the computer. sat down to watch Oprah and Dr. Phil for a bit and totally zoned! But I got myself up and made myself get on the tread for at least a few minutes. Guess I'm still tired from our 5 miles on Sat, couldn't get going today and couldn't go very fast because my shins were hurting a bit. So, I only did 12 min, .71 miles and a few weights.
