Can someone please share an aromatherapy blend to ease

the symptoms of menopause? I have two good

aromatherapy books and I can't find either one right

Ewwww....thanks for the info Momma! Do you have any suggestions for

aroma therapy and teas for stress. I take valerian and kava, but they

still don't relax me much. I have neurodermatitis, which is simpler

terms, means that stress makes my nerve endings crawl and I itch all the

time. My back especially. Flexall 44 gives me temorary relief and

belive me, I own stock in the company by now, I've bought so much. What

I'd give for something that could really relieve stress. )

Hi, you all, I'm back from Texas, all learned up on my new job and all.

I don't know who the original poster was about the aromatherapy for

menopause, but I will throw in my 2 cents worth here.

This is not aromatherapy, but I take a product called Natural Changes from

Nature's Sunshine. I had a complete hysterectomty 4 years ago, and was

taking prescription hormone replacement. I got downsized from my job, and

had no insurance, so could not afford to go to the doctor. When my

prescription ran out, I went to the herb shop and talked to the woman behind

the counter. She suggested Natural Changes. I will tell you that it works

better than the prescription I was taking, needs no prescription, has none

of the side effects like blood clots and water retention, and helps to

prevent heart attacks and osteoporosis in post menopausal women and women

who have had complete hysterectomy. I have recommended this to ALL of my

friends who are starting to go through menopause, and they ALL are taking

it, and it is helping them.

So, just try it.

but to no avail! I have had a hysterectomey at the age of 32. I am now

40 (will be 41 in June & it feels like I am getting all the symptoms of

peri-menoupause. If this stuff works half as well as you & your friend

say it does - will be jumping for joy!!

Since I have had so many requests for info on this product, I will post it

publicly again. I am a distributor of Nature's Sunshine products. I became

one when my husband and I started using herbs. It cost us $40 to become a

distributor. We do not sell for a profit. We buy at our cost for ourselves

and our friends. The Natural Changes herbal hormone replacement product

costs aprox $36.95 at the herb stores in my area. My cost from being a

distributor is approx. $26.00. I will sell to anyone on this list who wants

it for cost plus shipping, about $27.50. I use this, and so do most of my

friends. The package says to take one packet each day, but I take it every

other day. It depends on the person.
