Here are my Ca/P ratios from several tests:

10/02 4.78

3/05 .76

7/05 .757

9/05 1.37

11/05 1.13

1/06 3.28

3/06 .915

As you can see, mine have varied a bit. I do notice that I seem to

process ALA very quickly. I would get a kind of nauseous, sinking

feeling if I used a 4 hour dosing interval overnight. So, I think

is correct that you should go by whatever test result seems

to be backed up by experience. I also have no idea the extent to

which these values are affected by supplements either.

I don't really have a firm understanding of what aspect of

" metabolism " this is supposed to measure. Is it thyroid,

mitochondrial, liver processing??? Does anyone know?

W.
