Guest guest
Shell, *hugs* So good to see you in the posts again. I am glad to hear the move went well. It will take time to get used to being alone in the apartment. Hang in there. Great job on getting back OP and starting with a 1 pound loss. We have a Halloween Challenge going, maybe that will help too? Together, we can do this! Post when you can! ~Coco~ Weight Watchers Flex Points
Guest guest
Shell, Glad to hear you lost a pound! And I know... It's not easy being alone. But, you will get used to it. It's not bad. I live alone. Actually, I had to turn down my gf's offer to move in. I'm old fashioned, and we aren't married. Just keep busy. And you are never alone. You have a friend here. So, I am just going to jump right in here.I am sure that I will be caught up in no time.I have moved in to my apartment. It is attached to the office I work in. I have access to my office through the apartment. So far, things are all right. I am not really doing well with the whole alone thing. In fact, I have had my husband over for dinner and seen him more than when we actually lived in the same house. He has even spent the night once or twice. So, I am not doing well there. But, I am not going to move back in. I will find a way to deal with the loneliness because I know getting out is the right thing to do for me. I feel weak that I have even called him to come over, but I admit that I did.I restarted my plan today. With the move and all of the emotions, my recent attempts at eating healthy have been, shall we say, less than successfull. I am on track now, and I have started weighing at the nutrition center again. In fact, I lost one pound this week.I hope to see you all in the posts again soon.ShellRestarting her journey...269/268/135>^..^<
