Thank you both for your input re my infection. It turned out not to be an infection. I took some Tylonal, and purchased a cool water humidifier, and I am a brand new girl! Yipee. I have not been free of headaches in ages. Deb,

I am so sorry this holiday has been a difficult one. I really hope things turn around for you. Have you spoken to other REs in the area? Where you considering a visit to Dr. Indman? You have really been through so much. You deserve the best possible treatment!
