Agreeing with Inga...I would start with a VERY low dose of DMSA or DMPS. I

might thumb

through Amalgam Illness and look for supplements I could take to help with mood

swings

and irritability. I get quite irritable with yeast flares.

What's your weight Jan and what supplements are you taking now?

I can tell you that I was able to use my sauna also to make myself feel better.

Then I learned how to use clays. The clays are negatively charged and pull

toxins out through the skin. Similar to the sauna and probably very safe. The

thing that really helped me was making a belt using very large magnets that are

found in the mattress with magnets in them. They are also negatively charged

and increase the pulling power of the clays. Making clay mud patties and

putting them on my legs in the calf area and also on my feet at night has been

working for me, even better than the sauna. I use the belt to hold the clay in

place and leave it on for 12 hours to a day and a half. With the sauna I had to

do it almost daily to get the relief. The clay seems to be permanent. I no

longer need the sauna and haven't used it in about 2 weeks. Toxins get pushed

away from the vital organs into the legs. I think toxins from the right side of

the body get pushed down into the right leg. This is the theory behind the

detox foot pads. What I am doing is far superior to foot pads. I have used

them also. This is the fastest way I have found to pull the toxins out of the

body. I am currently doing a round of ALA at 300 mg. I still have no side

effects. It is the clays that made the difference. If you have any questions

you can email me and I can give you instructions, etc.

Getting Sicker post removal?

I had my amalgams out in May, so we are comming up on the three

month thing. I have heard many say they get sicker around three

months post removal. I think that is happening to me. I am on

vitamins and minerals. Building up to Andy's amounts slowly. Still

can't tolerate selenium. I have not begun chelation yet. I am having

a lot of mood swing problems, irritable, dry eyes, just feel cruddy

the past two weeks. Like I need to get something out of my brain. I

am having trouble thinking straight.

Some days it's worse, and I know it's the mercury because I get

nightmares. Which I had almost nightly before my fillings were

removed. They went away after removal up until I started feeling bad

again. And on days when I have used the sauna and am feeling better,

no bad dreams. I have even noticed that the improvements in my

vision I saw after removal, are slowly going away.

I have about two weeks to go before I reach the three months to use

ala. Am I right to think it's time to start dmsa? We are already

using Andy's protocol for dmsa/ala with my two kids.

Just looking for some others experiences post removal and how you

felt/delt with it. When you decided to chelate. I did try to at

first but got really physically sick. Too soon, they said.

Thanks in advance for anyone whom has the time to respond or offer

suggestions.

tired the yeast based one too..but I have a huge yeast issue already.

There is some selenium in my multi but the added amount seems to

really create effects. Similar to mercury effects.

Right now I am on Vitamin Shoppe Multivit/mineral that is iron free.

1000mg Vitamin C four times a day

Vitamin A 8,000 IU as palminate, 10,000 IU as beta carotene

B complex 50mg four times a day

Calcium with D and K-twice a day..1000mgs calcium each..

Vitamin E-400 IU daily

Flaxseed-two tablespoons a day-for EFA's and aminos

Magnesium-200mg a day

Chromium-400mcg a day

Molybendum-250-500 a day

Zinc-100mg a day

I also use protein powder each day, and take a probiotic, and a

product called Yeast Aid.

I am 165pds. Oops did I say that in public??

I know my adrenals are messed up, I did the light in the eye test, and

my body temp is always low (so thyroid problems). I had amalgam

removed from 11 teeth, but originally had 13 teeth with amalgam for

over 15 years. My hair test indicates messed up adrenals as well as

really high amounts of cadmium, really low lithium and mercury.

Hope this info helps...since I am feeling really desperate lately...

Jan, I'm around 140# and I take 200 mg of Mg citrate four times a day (total of

800 mg).

I've read here on FDC that some people cannot tolerate the detox well without

propping

up the adrenals first (and thyroid). Do you have a plan for adrenal and thyroid

support?

What is the light in the eye test?

High cadmium? Are you an artist? Rene on Autism-Mercury has been studying how

to

chelate cadmium. Do you own a copy of Hair Test Interpretation?

That's very interesting - I never heard of clays being used to remove toxins.

Where do you get the clay and what kind?
