Ever feel like breaking down and indulging in a little kid-friendly candy? It might not be nearly as bad for your diet as you think...

RAZZLE DAZZLE First it's a candy, then it's a gum. As the song used to say, Razzles are a "whole candy store in a package." These fun, fat free discs have 6 calories each. This means you could chew a whole pack of 22 and take in just 132 calories.

SMARTYPANTSWhat's more fun that unwrapping and chomping on a colorful roll of Smarties? Uhhhhh, nothing? 4 full rolls of these babies add up to just 100 calories. 25 calories for an entire roll, and no fat at all! Can you believe it? Take 'em to the movies (as a snack, not a date)!

ROCKS ROLL Pop Rocks are a taste explosion. Literally. They crackle and pop like nobody's business and a whole pack has just 34 calories. They make sugar free ones now, too -- and those contain just 17 calories a pack. By the way, there's no truth to the rumor that washing down pop rocks with soda causes your stomach to explode. (Mikey is still alive, and his innards are in tip top shape).

DIP IT GOOD Fun Dip is a weird concept. You lick a stick (the best part, if you ask us) and then dip that stick into flavored sugar, and then lick the stick again. It's kind of a gross saliva-fest if you think about it. But it has only 50 calories (and no fat) per serving and it'll remind you what it was like to be 7 again. Go for it!

HEY, SUCKER! BB Bats - Remember these yummy rectangular taffy lollies? They're still around! 5 of them have 150 calories and 1.5 grams of fat. In case you're division-challenged that's just 30 calories each.

Tootsie Pops - These chocolate-filled favorites have just 60 calories and no fat. By the way, depending on the strength of your tongue muscles, it takes between 144-320 licks to get to the Tootsie Roll center of a Tootsie Pop.

CHEW ON THIS:Today, September 2, is National Blueberry Popsicle Day. We have never seen or tasted a blueberry popsicle. They sound fun. If you know of one, email us and tell us where to get it.

The candies promoted in this email are not nutritious. Overdosing on sugar is not recommended. A bowl of candy = bad idea for breakfast.
