Guest guest
Is MM that much better? <<If you send your bottles to me, your cost would be $20.00 for 16 oz.>> We can get it from Steve for: Peppermint EO Steve Simonson, Spearmint Springs tfl3074@... We grow mint and herbs in western Montana. I currently have distilled 800 pounds of 1999 peppermint oil. My price is $18.00/pound for quantities under 10 pounds and $14.00 over 10#. H. And.. thanks for the triple color soap help. Guess what I'm doing tomorrow??? Fruit Sherbet with raspberry, peach and lime! As far as FO's go, I probably wouldn't buy either one of those and will go along with the crowd. For a change....rofl! Thanks alot, . Guest guest
<Will the pricing be worth our while to send you our bottles????> Valid question! Sorry I forgot to put in the information on the first email. If you send your bottles to me, your cost would be $20.00 for 16 oz. There would be no incoming freight charges and no bottle charges. However, if I had to purchase bottles, there would be a bottle cost, an incoming freight cost for the bottles plus I'd have to up the price a tad to allow for tape and packing material (as I'd try to get the boxes from USPS). Does that help a bit? ~ ..:*~*:._.:*~*:._.:*~*:._.:*~*:._.:*~*:._.:*~*:._.:*~*:._.:*~*:._.:*~*:. Guest guest
<Is MM that much better?> I know that there are differences in oils. Some are superior and some aren't. Having never ordered, sniffed or used any of this other person's oils, I can't comment. However, I have sniffed enough mint eo's to know that I personally would never purchase mint eo's from anyone else except Mint Meadows. You see, once I find a supplier who puts out a consistently excellent product, has excellent service at good pricing, I am loyal to the core and won't purchase from anyone else. You need to do what you see fit for your situation. I have learned from experience that there is a difference in oils. An example is some patchouli EO that I purchased from two sources. One was obviously cut with alcohol (I smelled it upon opening of the bottle) and very inferior - I had to use twice the amount and it didn't handle well in soap. The other was rich, warm and lovely. I needed less oil and it reacted beautifully to my applications. Many examples of this have shown me that you get what you pay for. But again, I have never ordered, sniffed, etc. any of this person's scents so I cannot give you a comparison. I do know, however, that Mint Meadows has a very good reputation and has a superior product. Deb's hubby is on the WI State Mint Board and they take this business very seriously. Again, do what you need to for you. =o) ~ ..:*~*:._.:*~*:._.:*~*:._.:*~*:._.:*~*:._.:*~*:._.:*~*:._.:*~*:._.:*~*:. Guest guest
As for bottles, shoot. I don't care. Send me a shampoo bottle for all I care. The only thing I ask is that you don't send canning jars. The lids don't hold the seal and the stuff on the lids seep into the oils. Ask me how I know. <G> But, you send me a dirty bottle, I'll return the dirty bottle to you with the oil inside it. I'm not a dishwasher. *LOL* ~ ..:*~*:._.:*~*:._.:*~*:._.:*~*:._.:*~*:._.:*~*:._.:*~*:._.:*~*:._.:*~*:.
