Then a few weeks after birth, all of that thick hair starts to catch up and thin back out. It always comes back in (curlier than before) but I feel bald for a couple months after the birth. Gotta love those hormonal shifts. I noticed with my first it seemed to happen at the same time as i dropped a few kilo's.
