I drank all my water (I actually drank 20-8 oz. glasses of water today!!! And, I even EXERCISED!!! That's right folks...I got my booty a moving!!! I mowed my grandpa and grandma's yard!!! I only wore my pedometer while I was mowing, which took me approximately two hours, and I took 12,649 steps, which according to my pedometer is 5.989 miles. Breakfast 6 oz. orange juice 2 pts. 1 c. skim milk 2 pts. Breakfast Total 4 pts. Lunch 2 slices whole wheat bread with 1 Kraft Single, 2.5 oz. ham and 1 Tbsp. salad dressing 9 pts. 6 oz. pineapple juice 2 pts. 20 baby carrots 0 pts. 4 dill pickle spears 0 pts. 1 c. skim milk 2 pts. Lunch Total 13 pts. Dinner 2 oz. pasta shell, 1 c. Ragu and 1 Kraft Single 10 pts. 6 oz. pineapple juice 2 pts. Dinner Total 12 pts. Snack Diet A & W Root Beer (not sure how much yet because I am still drinking it...lol) 0 pts.
