Whether to stop histamine depends on why they are

there. MAST cells protect you from the

environment that comes in with food. If IgG's

are problem you would not want to tame those down

as they protect you from invading bacteria and

viruses also. If IgE are the problem then those

are allergens that are harmless and a histamine

would be all you would need. I doubt it is as

simple as a histamine problem. You'd want to

know why histamines are reacting. Doctors rarely

look for the cause and that's why they and their

medicines tend to cause more illness, than they

resolve.
