I have noticed the " gotta go RIGHT NOW " feeling but have made it 99% of the time. It doesn't matter if I go right before I step in the shower, the second that water hits me I gotta go again. I have had bladder spasms and a few times in high school I had to go to the ER so they could cath me 'cause I couldn't pee on my own. They removed 1100cc one time. It's like that little muscle just won't relax.
