Guest guest
Hi- We saw our neuro yesterday and Will has made huge progress! (21mm to 8mm)! The neuro was very pleased and thinks that we should start increasing his time with it off. By the end of the month he'll just be sleeping in and we will go for another scan early May. If he makes more progress then great it's just icing on the cake. Yay! I will post one last pic later this month and no offense to you all but hopefully that will be that! Thanks for all your help and answers! Susie Will STARbanded 1-18-05 almost graduate

Guest guest
Susie, That is awesome!!! Wow. To maximize correction and prevent any issues though the month I would just stick to the regular 23 hour/day schedule. If your going swimming or something and leave it off for 2 hours - fine. However, you never know when the next growth spurt will happen. if it happens when he doesn't have the band on it could mean you missed an opportunity for correction and it may not fit right anymore resulting in red spots and an early graduation. Continuing to wear it full time won't hurt. DOC bands go 23 hours/day up until graduation and then cold turkey no band. I would have him wear it full time until it doesn't fit or you are 100% happy with his headshape (which considering the huge improvement you probably are very close to it ). Just my 2 cents. I can't wait to see pics and no offense taken mom to na DOC Grad South Carolina www.thefilyaws.com susanguthro <susiemac@...> wrote: Hi-We saw our neuro yesterday and Will has made huge progress!
