Haven't gotten a response yet. Weezie Chicken & Peppers with Pasta 1 tbsp (15 mL) vegetable oil 1 lb (500 g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in chunks 1 can (10 oz/284 mL) 's Condensed Cream of Mushroom or Half Fat Cream of Mushroom Soup 1 can (10 oz/284 mL) 's Condensed Chicken Broth or 1 1/4 cup (300mL) Ready to Use Chicken Broth 1 each, medium red and green pepper, cut in chunks 1/8 tsp (0.5 mL) cracked black pepper 2 cups (500 mL) uncooked fusilli or rotini pasta 1/3 cup (75 mL) grated Parmesan cheese Heat oil at medium-high in large skillet. Add chicken and stir-fry until browned and cooked through. Set chicken aside. Reduce heat to medium. Combine soup, broth, pepper chunks and black pepper in skillet. Heat to a boil, stirring often. Stir in pasta and cook over low-medium heat until tender - about 10 minutes, stirring often. Add cheese and chicken chunks. Heat through - about 5 minutes, stirring often.Serves 4.
