I would call CT tomorrow morning and see when the first casting appt they have open is and if they think it will take the full two weeks for the band to come in. Sometimes they come in early and w/you being in AZ maybe that is a possibility, but I have no idea. You may be a couple weeks behind going to CT, but if your ortho hasn't had experience treating older plagio babies it would be worth it to me. How confident do you feel in your decision w/the Hanger ortho? Did he/she say how experienced they are? It's never worth risking a false start if you aren't completely confident and in that case a couple extra weeks waiting for CT would be worth it.
