Weezie -

I don't think I would use the yogurt if it has mold on it. I have found

that if I store my yogurt, sour cream, cottage cheese, etc UPSIDE DOWN in

the refrigerator that it last a lot longer. I'm not sure why but I remember

someone passed this tip along.

I do the same thing with most anything I keep in the fridge - mayo, jelly,

salsa, pizza sauce, etc. It keeps air from the food, so it lasts longer.

Great tip!!! Thanks again Sherrie!!!

I wish I knew this before the kids came along. Now if I could just keep

something around long enough to use it. LOL!!! In a family of 5, nothing seems

to stick around long enough to go bad.

You know I've done that with sour cream. i wonder why I didn't with the yogurt.

Hmmmmmm Slap upside my head. I'm going to go turn the new ones right now. It has

been so warm that I haven't been baking like I wanted to which was why I bought

the plain yogurt in the first place. I wonder if it would freeze good. I've

frozen yogurt but only to eat frozen. I've never thawed it out to use later.
