Guest guest
Lynn, >>>What do you know about lactoferrin and how it regulates iron?<<< I have been taking iron lately, and almost immediately felt better, but I must admit that this time, I started doing a few things at once, not really expecting anything to help, and I am rather suddenly feeling better, and am not sure what is effecting my marked improvement.. This is what I have been doing/adding: Oxygen Elements A little hydrogen peroxide (food grade, orally...not very much) Lowered Armour thyroid another full grain Iron, in various supplement forms And in general, I have reduced my prednisolone/cortisone down to half of what I was needing last year. What think? ~Inga > Anyway, iron creates free radicals and causes oxidative damage. > That's why I prefer a more natural form like beef or beef liver or > dessicated beef liver to taking iron supplements. Iron is not such an > innocent supplement. You really want to consume it in a food or > chelated form, especially if you have mercury toxicity.
