I have been taking iron lately, and almost immediately felt better, but

I must admit that this time, I started doing a few things at once, not

really expecting anything to help, and I am rather suddenly feeling

better, and am not sure what is effecting my marked improvement..

This is what I have been doing/adding:

Oxygen Elements

A little hydrogen peroxide (food grade, orally...not very much)

Lowered Armour thyroid another full grain

Iron, in various supplement forms

And in general, I have reduced my prednisolone/cortisone down to half

of what I was needing last year.

What think?
