Guest guest Report post Posted January 2, 2003 Christal, Hi I am 29 weeks and have gained 14lbs so far. I just started gaining this past month as the babies are getting bigger. I am having twin boys 2/28. I am worried that I wont be able to produce enough milk to breastfeed and that it will be hard to get back on the BTC way of eating since I have had to eat much more than normal carrying twins.
