I know that must have been a miserable feeling, especially not knowing what was causing the throwing up. When I am sick enough to throw up I just want to "kick the bucket". So glad you called the doc to see what the problem was. Who would think salt (or lack of it) could make you so sick. So glad you are feeling better. Slow DOWN, my friend, give yourself a break .
