Guest guest
Don't get me started about Phonak and their exorbitant prices. Their microphones have prorietary plugs and very flimsy wires so instead of buying a new microphone at Radio Shack for 40 bucks, you have to buy Phonak's for 150. And you'll probably need at least one new one per school year. Their microlinks are 700+ apiece but you can buy an FM transmitter to use in your car to get CD's to play through your radio for 25 dollars. Go figure. They have us over a barrel and are used to charging whatever they want because it is a small market and they usually sell to schools. our tax dollars at work. If you can buy a decent Dell laptop with software for less than a thousand dollars, a microlink should not be the same price. This really gets my goat. in GA
Guest guest
I'm getting really sick reading this....mostly because that has been my complaint since we bought the cheap thing! Also - now it sounds like we paid more than twice as much for it as you did! Phonak repairs > Don't get me started about Phonak and their exorbitant prices.
