Guest guest
snip>Thanks Tina. The pain is from my left should blade across my upper back to my right shoulder blade. It is a constant dull aching. Sometimes breathing makes it hurt more. When my neck/back is out of alignment my left shoulder aches unbearably and if I don't have it seen to, then as I'm holding myself very straight and stiff (excellent posture!) and compensating for the pain, my right shoulder goes out in sympathy. Strangely enough I don't have pain in my neck/back when it's out of alignment! Would be worth having a reputable chiropractor have a look at you if the docs don't find anything. Donna in Oz.
