Hi Debby

You won't believe the diference this will make!

Having something that can be fixed which is causing or triggering AF

is good news .

While you are waiting for your Cpap :

Do not consume alcohol or any drugs that might suppress breathing or

dull the ability to awaken . Do not eat late. Try to sleep on your

side (preferably the right).Keep a glass of water near you bed to

keep the throat moist.
