Guest guest
Hi Bill, You mentioned treating reflux problems with natural methods - could you be more specific? My daughter is also on prilosec which helped for several weeks, but is recently gagging and vomiting again. Thanks, Heidi, future occupational therapist and single mom to (IS, Severely/Multiply Impaired) and twin brother, (4 years), and big sis Madison (almost 6!). Guest guest
Just things like smaller and more meals, keeping her upright and quiet for a time after meals, raising the head of her bed, adding soda water at the end of the meal. If you are in big trouble, you might have to lower the keto ratio. I am not sure, but different fats might cause problems, if you switch to oil or dairy or vice versa. We found that canola or safflower oil was more easily digested, but you have to find a way to work it into the meals. We mostly use margarine made from canola oil, but I am also using some whipping cream.
