Maybe ask if you can do 600 three times a day, instead. Maybe a lesser amt at a time will make a difference. 's doc put him from 250 twice a day to 250 once and 500 once. I just split that bigger dose into two 250's and they didn't care, as long as he's getting all of it. Notethat some antacids interact with Ursodiol; the warning should be withthe prescription. But TUMS or calcium carbonate is OK. I hope Caity feels better. Talk to her doctor about whether Urso orher illnesses are the culprit. You may need to experiment withstarting or stopping the drug, ramping up, taking it spread out overthe day, etc.Martha 43, UC 1979, PSC 1992 Ami mom to - 8 yrs old - Double Lung Tx 2/26/2006, PSCholangitis - pre-liver Tx (Aug or Sept, 2006), Central DI, Steroid Induced Diabetes, HypoT, GERD, High Blood Pressure, ADD, Anemia, Malabsorption, Slow Motility http://www.caringbridge.com/visit/seanfox mom to Emma - 12 yrs old - Migraines, otherwise good & healthy (thankfully) stepmom to - 13 yrs old - ADD, RAD ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Generosity begins with our recognition of our debt to others. -Master Hsing Yun, Fulfillment of desire is an illusion; desire leads to more desire, not satisfaction.-Kathleen Mc, "How to Meditate" __________________________________________________
