Face Masks?

I am suffering from Asthma and Allergies. I am taking medication for

it but when I dust, vacuum or use a windex or spray I go into a

spastic cough. My daughter is getting married in 35 days and I am

trying to get the house in order. Does anyone know where I can get a

mask to help with my allergies? I have only asked at Sprouts and they

do not carry them.

Also I know nothing about Asthma and really do not want to be on all

these meds for a long time. I am on two inhalers, singulair and

Flonase. Any input anyone?
