Does Medicaid kick in two years after surgery, two years after qualifying for SSI or two years after receiving our first disability check? We've heard them all. Who " enforces " it? He's talked with his Business Agent (he's in a Union) and his recommendation is to keep his Union insurance in case he wants/is able to come back to work. Thanks for clearing this up for us.
