Hello Hanger Banders,

I have a favor to ask of you if you all have time. Would you check

the Helmet/Band Database in the Database section of the group and

see if your facility is listed? If it isn't, please feel free to

add it, post the info, or email me, and I will add it myself. It

can also be a great comfort to other parents researching banding

options to be able to communicate with someone else who used a

particular facility. There is a field in the Helmet/Band Database

for group members to add their own email address, to be available

for contact offlist about a particular facility. You can add your

email yourself, if you are willing to be contacted, or just let me

know, and I'll add your email info to the appropriate facility

listing. Information such as general impression and ortho training

might be some variables that a plagio parent would want to weigh

when evaluating options, and being able to email another person

regarding this is very helpful.

When I spoke to the Hanger rep some time ago, she told me that there

are over 600 Hanger locations, but that only a minority would offer

cranial banding, and a much smaller minority than that would be a

facility with some experience with cranial bands. She couldn't or

was not allowed to give me a list of Hanger banding locations,

unfortunately. We really rely on contribution of information from

our group members, so I would appreciate any help in this area!

Thank you so much for any help,

Christie (Mom to Repo'd Remy)
