You can also look at photos of the babies who have good fitting Hanger bands to see what it should look like when you get fitted. I think this really helps, because it prepares you before you get there and are all nervous and stuff. Once fitted there is a file for " helping baby adjust to band " , and of course you can post any questions you might have.
