Guest guest
Our pharmacy orders our MCT Oil for us...it's made by Mead and comes in 1 qt bottles. We have our doc write a prescription for it and our insurance covers it although a prescription is not actually needed. Some people buy it at a health food store (like GNC) but that one is not exactly the same (it's a lower chain version of the pharmaceutical grade). Hope this helps. Guest guest
This is just what I was going to say - I have been told (from a friend that tested 5 different ones) that Mead is the best for the diet. We also have a prescrip for it just for coverage altho we dont need one here to get it either. I get mine at the pharmacy altho we had to hunt it down as no one knew what I was talking about when we first started the diet Jenn Re: Where to get MCT oil?
